Before You Begin
Electronic payment is optional. If you do not make a timely election, or if the electronic payment cannot be completed, the Settlement Administrator will mail a physical check to your address on file.
Your choice of payment method will not affect the amount of your payment or your rights under the Settlement.

Electronic Payment Election

Your Payment Options
Electronic Payment
Receive your payment by Venmo, PayPal, or another available electronic method. You must make your election by October 26, 2026 and accept or redeem the payment in accordance with the instructions provided by the Settlement Administrator.
Physical Check (Default)
If you do not make a timely election, a physical check will be mailed to your address on file. Checks not cashed within 180 days of the date on the check will be void, and you will still be bound by the terms of the Settlement.
Payment FAQs
What is the deadline?
Submit your Election Form by October 26, 2026. Under the Settlement Agreement, Class Members who were unable to submit a timely Election Form because of a change of address, military service, hospitalization, or other extraordinary circumstances may be given an additional 15 days.
Do I have to submit an Election Form?
No. If you are an eligible Class Member and do not opt out, you will automatically receive a payment. The Election Form is optional and only determines how you are paid.
Can I submit my Election Form another way?
Yes. You may return the Election Form included with your Notice by First Class mail, fax, or email to the Settlement Administrator by the deadline. See the Contact page for mailing and fax details.
When are payments distributed?
Payments will be issued within 40 days after the Final Effective Date, which occurs only after the Court grants Final Approval of the Settlement and any appeals (if filed) are resolved.
